Walking the Path of Service Together
Our Intention for this Work
This retreat is an invitation to slow down through the return to simplicity. At the heart of all our offerings, our intention is to create a supportive space for you to explore the art of receiving. From this place of reception, a stillness can shine forth enough for you to listen to the natural intelligence of your own psyche.
Align to Nature’s Rhythm
As cyclical beings, it’s important we honor and align with the cycles of nature. Autumn signifies the transition to seasons of rest and rejuvenation. As the leaves change color and eventually fall to the ground, nature prepares for winter's symbolic death. On the surface, the trees appear as dead. In actuality, they’re very much alive, have turned inward to prepare for a period of inner transformation and reconfiguration. We too are invited into this space alongside the rhythms of the natural world.
The Invitation.
When we constantly give without creating the space for recharge, we become like a battery that has no juice left.
There are many wisdom systems that support this…
Yoga speaks about the balance between Ida and Pingala, HA and THA (masculine and feminine).
Shamanic traditions speak about ayni or reciprocity (the mutual exchange of give and take).
In Chinese Medicine, it’s yin and yang (active vs. passive).
Move too far towards one extreme, and it depletes the vital life force energy that sustains you.
A Glimpse Into the Weekend

Katie Rinaldi
Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Soul Doula, Kambo Practitioner, Medicine Woman and Ceremonialist
Forever a student of Life, Katie walks her path with curiosity, ease, and grace. Her deeper purpose emerged not through seeking but through surrender—when she opened her heart to receive the natural unfolding of her dharma. She serves as a bridge between weaving the ancient with the modern to empower others to lead more authentic and intentional lives.
In 2015, after experiencing the grind of corporate America in NYC, she was left feeling burned out, unfulfilled and disconnected. Determined to regain her sovereignty holistically, she immersed herself in many different cultures and ways of living. She became fascinated with studying and integrating many practices and techniques from a variety of traditions, including Shamanic and Indigenous practices as well as Yoga. She brings over 4 years of experience as a facilitator guiding plant and animal medicine ceremonies.
She is deeply devoted to Washuma, one of her greatest teachers and allies on this Earth. Katie is honored to be of service through providing the space and medicine for others to open to their full potential.
She is committed to sharing this work with integrity and dedicated to preservation of the indigenous roots from which she learned.
In deep love and gratitude…
